Conference Room Rules

• Grainger cannot accommodate requests from non-UIUC groups. Priority is given to the College of Engineering and the University Library.
• Absolutely NO FOOD is allowed in any Grainger meeting space unless arranged in advance with Grainger staff.
• Include specific information about your event when making a request.
• Large meetings cannot be accommodated during the last 4 weeks of the spring and fall semesters.
• No moving of furniture is allowed.
• Users are required to pay for any extra services.
